About the Role
The JET Manager leads the JET Community Prevocational and College Experience programs, empowering participants to build confidence, independence, and workplace skills. This role involves supporting a team, ensuring individualized services, and cultivating community opportunities for vocational pathways.
Responsibilities
- Fosters a team approach promoting Person Centered Planning, Self-Advocacy, and Empowerment to assist individuals in meeting employment outcomes and safeguarding rights.
- Performs management functions including program planning, recruitment, interviewing, staff orientation and training, scheduling, and performance development.
- Provides ongoing supervision of staff for JET and College Experience programs, ensuring efficient service delivery and participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and over three years of experience in human services, case management, or employment-related supports, or an equivalent combination.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation and a safe driving record for one full year prior to the hire date.
