About the Role

Amazon’s Program Manager plays a central role in our global business, keeping complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams to Program teams, to optimize programs for improved customer experience and increased energy and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

Define Program and operating models for business
Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency across programs and multiple operations
Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
Support the planning and organization of complex projects
Create short- and long-term innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges
Enhance operational performance and influence change needed from Stakeholder teams
Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting teams and contributing to reliable and trustful partnership with internal Stakeholders
Analyze complex data to explain KPIs performance and identify opportunities to achieve higher targets
Communicate findings and proposals in a clear and compelling way verbally and in writing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience implementing process improvements
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks

Skills

Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level

Education Level

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
