About the Role
The Enterprise Management Internship helps university students build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns gain real-world professional experience, learning to run a successful business and acquiring marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Learn to take care of customers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects.
- Engage in friendly competition with peers.
- Potentially eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be a current university student graduating with a Bachelor's Degree on or before June 2028.
- Students enrolled in a business degree program are preferred.
- Must possess a valid G or G2 driver's license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require company sponsorship.
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
