About the Role
CACI is seeking Field Service Representatives (FSR) to maintain various PEO Soldier systems at Fort Drum, NY. This role requires experience in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electronic systems, as well as providing instruction to military customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with military customers to understand their operational needs and issues.
- Respond to service calls in a timely fashion.
- Complete site surveys, system installations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Perform system operational checks.
- Perform small scale equipment modifications (move, add, or change).
- Provide classroom and hands-on instruction in an operational environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide basic system administration training to technical users.
Requirements
- Requires an Active Secret Clearance.
- Must have prior military experience (Ranger Qualified or 18 Series preferred).
- Completed Military Instructor Course or equivalent.
- Must have civilian driver’s license.
- Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision/Thermal and Communications equipment.
- Must be able to travel from OCONUS home base to various training locations both OCONUS and CONUS.
- Must work well within a team environment.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and OEM vendors.
- Physically able to deploy and conduct necessary physical actions.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% (CONUS).
