About the Role

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market: Integrations to join their product team. This role focuses on building and improving accounting integrations for law firms, ensuring seamless and accurate data transfer between practice management and accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-grade integrations, bookkeeping knowledge, and strong product and design skills to create elegant user experiences.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a product vision and roadmap for accounting integrations.
Own discovery and definition for the accounting integrations portfolio.
Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data to ensure features ship with appropriate metrics and success criteria.
Build deep relationships with firm administrators, bookkeepers, accountants, and managing partners.
Champion compliance needs and business insight needs for law firms.
Translate complex accounting concepts and regulatory requirements into product decisions.
Collaborate across Billing, Payments, Reporting, and Platform teams.
Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Compliance stakeholders to drive adoption.
Communicate roadmap and trade-offs clearly across various audiences.

Requirements

6+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in B2B SaaS.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.
Experience applying design thinking and business process analysis.
Exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting strategy to executives and discussing technical requirements with developers.
Proactively collaborative with a proven ability to work across and align multiple teams.
