About the Role
Clio is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with potential for permanency. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about attracting quality talent and executing creative talent acquisition strategies for technical roles in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on technical roles across multiple geographies.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to execute hiring strategies, meet quarterly hiring targets, and ensure a stellar candidate experience.
- Seek out new and creative ways to find and engage passionate and high-potential candidates.
- Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering recruiting across all levels, ideally within a rapid-growth or high-velocity environment.
- Experience sourcing, nurturing, and hiring passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian tech community, particularly in Toronto and/or Vancouver.
- A track record of success with meeting hiring targets.
- A consultative approach to recruitment with a problem-solving mindset.
- A multichannel approach to recruitment (inbound, outbound, referrals, events, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to drive decision-making and behavioral change with data.
