About the Role
Dodge & Cox is seeking undergraduate students interested in investment management for its Business Associate Internship Program. This ten-week, full-time summer internship offers meaningful experience within departments supporting the firm's investment business, with opportunities for learning and exposure to the broader firm. Successful interns may be considered for the full-time Rotational Associate Program.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to project work and day-to-day responsibilities within a specific team.
- Gain exposure to the broader firm.
- Participate in information sessions and learning opportunities.
- Deepen understanding of Dodge & Cox, the investment management industry, and supporting functions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate students with strong academic achievement from a wide range of disciplines.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Interest in financial markets, asset management, or wealth management through coursework, internships, and/or extracurricular involvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
- Adaptability and openness to learning about different areas of the firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quantitative aptitude.
- Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
