About the Role
In this hands-on role, you'll support process controls, conduct audits, and drive improvements that ensure our customers receive exceptional products every time. This position is focused on maintaining the highest standards of product safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform process audits and quality checks to ensure manufacturing operations meet rigorous safety and compliance requirements
- Use root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Support change management for new manufacturing lines and process updates to maintain quality standards
- Partner with production and cross-functional teams to enhance process robustness and minimize customer-facing quality risks

- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with production teams and cross-functional partners
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing preventive measures
- Adaptability to follow established procedures while contributing ideas for continuous improvement
