About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload
- Assist the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans
- Keep the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals
- Administer and record prescribed medications following established protocols
- Provide direct support to the individuals as needed
Requirements
- Registered New York State Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
