About the Role
Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of their practice, bringing warmth, organization, and professionalism to every client interaction. The clinic focuses on providing innovative treatments in a warm, caring environment, combining modern medicine with kindness and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face and voice of the practice.
- Bring warmth, organization, and professionalism to every client interaction.
- Handle phones, appointments, and in-person clients.
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Discuss services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy.
- Support clients and the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary client-facing role.
- Ability to make clients feel welcome.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Genuinely love animals.
