About the Role
Lead the development and delivery of key applications within Gyde’s AI-native brokerage platform, encompassing voice, chat, personalization, and real-time analytics. Partner with the CTO and COO on AI-driven workflows and Product on roadmap prioritization to drive growth, automation, and insights across acquired agencies.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-driven applications using LLMs, voice, and chat to automate broker workflows, unlock revenue growth, and improve member engagement.
- Ship quality products fast and compliantly, focusing on security, reliability, and HIPAA compliance.
- Integrate with third-party systems like AgencyBloc, Sunfire, HealthSherpa, and Ideon to streamline agent and member experiences.
- Design for scale by contributing to a modular, multi-tenant architecture supporting tens of agencies and millions of members.
- Collaborate with Ops, Value Creation, and Data teams to translate brokerage problems into scalable engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Strong product sense, fluent in user needs, and ability to build with empathy for agents and consumers.
- Passion for building on the frontier of AI, ideally with experience building AI applications.
- High degree of ownership, urgency, and pragmatism; thrives in ambiguity.
- Team-oriented and competitive, working with world-class talent.
- Familiarity with health insurance distribution, healthcare, financial services, and HIPAA compliance is preferred but not required.
