About the Role
The Vice President is responsible for the overall development and administration of programs in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Coverage area, including participant services, personnel management, and budget management. This role is crucial for the continued development of the agency, quality improvement, and carrying out the mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program development and administration in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Coverage area.
- Manage participant services.
- Handle personnel management.

- Drive agency development and quality improvement.
- Carry out the mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.
Requirements
- Master's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in staff management and motivation.
- Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs (e.g., advocate services, community reintegration/re-entry, alternative to detention/aftercare).
- Preferred experience in a senior leadership role overseeing budgets, financials, and operational outcomes across multiple programs and regions.
- Experience working with state agencies, county governments, managed care, school districts, and other funding/referral sources is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems.
- Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus.
- Requires reliable, insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and a valid driver's license.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) speaking is a plus.
