About the Role
The Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) is the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an excellent guest experience through efficient front desk operations and support across all core hotel functions. This role is critical for maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting the hotel's operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and offering assistance.
- Determine guest satisfaction through regular check-ins and manage guest conflict calmly.
- Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and sales events.
- Respond to guest service calls efficiently.
- Ensure building and occupant safety, contacting emergency services when necessary.
- Respond effectively and according to procedure in emergency situations.
- Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards.
- Ensure accurate adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Document work activity using the appropriate log.
- Execute the lead management process and complete sales and marketing objectives.
- Review studio inventory daily to maximize revenue and follow revenue management guidelines.
- Sell ancillary offerings to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue.
- Perform laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding company linen and terry.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of laundry facilities.
- Cross-train on duties of all non-management staff and perform those duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must have effective communication with staff and guests.

- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
- Ability to respond calmly in situations of conflict and stress.
- Ability to adapt to changes in daily work.

- GSAs are required to stay on-site for their entire shift until relieved.
