About the Role
Fish & Richardson, a premier global intellectual property law firm, seeks a Trademark Assistant for its Practice Systems Department. The firm is trusted by innovative companies and values a creative and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals.
- Prepare standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
- Review, edit, and process vendor invoices and monthly client bills.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for legal staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or equivalent experience.
- This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.
