About the Role
Crisafulli Bros. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Representative to manage procurement processes and maintain optimal inventory levels, supporting their commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with technicians to obtain required packing slips and documentation
- Create purchase orders and assist with purchasing processes
- Manage incoming calls and communicate professionally with customers and vendors
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Support the Controller with administrative and operational tasks
- Help ensure efficient day-to-day purchasing operations
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid Driver's License
