About the Role
The Account Supervisor will manage and support day-to-day account operations, creative asset management, and execution with oversight from a senior lead. This role involves building strong relationships with agency partners and clients, and supporting the development of junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and creative collaboration with internal teams including Creative, Planning and Production.
- Lead secondary elements of campaign deliverables independently with selective oversight of senior account lead.
- Act as a brand/product knowledge champion, understanding product features, pricing, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Champion agency understanding of the competitive landscape, competitive ad reviews, program assessments, and marketplace trends, news, and reports.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure adherence to strategy, client/brand standards, and feedback.
- Lead weekly status meetings, both internally and with clients.
- Develop and deliver tactical briefs and post reports.
- Collaborate on creative production with integration partners.
- Guide and oversee assigned project budgets.
- Provide input, consultation, and cooperation with other agency and client partners.
- Support and facilitate the growth of junior team members by leading by example.
- Occasional travel as required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of agency account management experience.
- Ability to manage process and teams with selective involvement from senior account lead.
- Strong project management skills; ability to complete assigned tasks independently and on-time, and keep others on track.
- Ability to manage and support multiple projects, multi-task, prioritize, and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal ability.
- Demonstrates initiative and is proactive.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong team mentality with the ability to function at a high level in both lead and support roles with various personalities.
- Creative, quick, and conceptual thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with strict deadlines.

Salary/Compensations
- 78,000$ to 85,000$ per year
