Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments.
  • Proven track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and establish comfort with clients.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and learning from it.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Capacity to manage a high volume of interactions without compromising quality.
  • Some leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
