Responsibilities
- Leading contract management efforts for major transportation projects
- Supporting project teams in understanding and fulfilling their contractual obligations
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and minimizing risks
- Supporting project teams in understanding contractual obligations and timelines
- Negotiating with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues
- Collaborating with legal and project teams to maintain accurate records
- Ensuring contract deliverables align with company standards and customer expectations
- Providing expert advice on contract law, negotiation, and risk assessment
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management within large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and risk assessment
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex contractual documents
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail
