About the Role
We're seeking a Product Lead to drive execution and directly shape customer and business outcomes across Collective’s foundational platform. You will lead critical core product areas and expansion into high-growth, potential new product verticals, embedding cutting-edge AI directly into the core product surface layer.
Responsibilities
- Own the product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes.
- Work closely with AI engineers and subject matter experts to bring to life AI-driven product experiences.
- Work with operational teams to ensure they have the tools and workflows to be effective, determining where product automation & AI can unlock efficiencies.
- Lead and inspire an XFN team to ship innovative experiences.
- Deeply understand business and product performance to ensure the team is focused on the highest leverage opportunities.
- Manage the roadmap and team processes to enhance quality and velocity of execution.
- Make tradeoff decisions between business priorities and available resources.
- Drive effective partnership both cross-functionally, across product teams, and external partners.
- Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team.
- Deeply understand core drivers and monitor progress.
Requirements
- 5-6+ years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Strong domain expertise and foundational systems thinking (or operations-adjacent expertise).
- An 'owner' and 'driver' mindset – biased toward action and getting things done.
- Drive for simplicity & elegance – finding elegant, simplifying solutions to complex challenges.
- A high-quality bar for contributions.
- Comfort & skill with ambiguity - solving ambiguous problems with first principles and structured thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Fluency with data and experience working on data-heavy or ML/AI products.
