About the Role

This role will focus on data and product partnerships that power Plaid’s Credit products and insights. • Identify and prioritize external data partnerships that improve Plaid’s Credit products, insights, and roadmap.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate product needs into partnership opportunities and bring new data capabilities to market.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle – from market mapping and sourcing through diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Grow partnerships from initial integration through scaled usage, continually identifying opportunities to expand their impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in data partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, credit, or data businesses.
  • Track record of sourcing, structuring, and negotiating complex strategic and commercial partnerships.
  • Strong product orientation and ability to work closely with technical teams on complex data and integration topics.
