About the Role

This full-time conversion role is for Data Analyst Interns who have successfully completed their internship and earned their Bachelor's or Master's degree. Transition from internship to a permanent role within F5 Digital, building on internship skills and knowledge. Support enterprise data definition, improvement, and validation within the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team. Analyze data issues, support operational needs, and contribute to data rebuild/migration efforts. Deepen expertise with real-world datasets, improve data quality, and apply data management knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take on increased ownership of EDM Data Quality operations related to customer data (Organizations/Individuals), including investigation of complex issues and conducting ad hoc analysis with greater autonomy.
  • Contribute to the proactive quality management of customer data through profiling and analysis of third-party enrichment sources.
  • Analyze and validate data involved in Salesforce customer records and Marketo-related requests using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic scripting.
  • Manage and analyze Hardware Asset to Site/Party relationships, including identifying anomalies and leading cleanup efforts.
  • Build, automate, and improve data quality dashboards/scorecards or metric summaries focused on clarity, repeatability, and business usefulness.
  • Lead or co-lead team meetings, status updates, and documentation; work on assigned tasks with increasing independence while continuing to collaborate across EDM stakeholders.
  • Mentor new interns or junior team members.
  • Follow data governance, security, and privacy best practices.
  • Perform other related duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a Summer 2026 internship with F5.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related technical field graduating between December 2026 and September 2027.
  • Must be able to start no later than September 30th, 2027.
  • Must be able to work onsite in accordance with F5s policies.
  • Strong performance and positive feedback from internship managers and mentors.
  • Willingness to remain based in or relocate to Seattle for this full-time role.
  • Valid work authorization in the United States.

Skills

  • Basic descriptive statistics and data distributions
  • Data concepts (data quality, databases, schemas)
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow data lineage and identify root causes of data issues
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and tackle complex, cross-system problems with curiosity and initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Tableau experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for analysis is preferred but not required
  • Interest in enterprise data concepts (data domains, data quality, governance, master/reference data)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with F5's systems and business processes (gained during internship)
