About the Role
Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule. Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations. Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries. Monitor concrete quality during transport and delivery while following operational procedures. Maintain accurate delivery records and support a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections, identify concerns, and take appropriate action.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members.
- Dependable, self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
