About the Role
The Enterprise Management Internship helps university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns gain real-world professional experience, learning to run a successful business and acquiring marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Learn to take care of customers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects.
- Engage in friendly competition with peers.
- Potentially be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in May or June 2027.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours (excluding religious observation).
- Must be living within a 1-hour commute of the location(s) within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
- Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
