About the Role

This role is part of the Process Automation Delivery Team, responsible for supporting new funnel requirements, completing development workload, collaborating with global teams, and engaging stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. It involves supporting the configuration and roll-out of RPA tools and processes to drive enterprise efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Support stakeholder relationships and effectively obtain information from stakeholders to document requirements.
Liaise with stakeholders globally and accurately capture information in a format stakeholders can understand.
Document solutions prior to build, interacting with subject matter experts (SMEs) from all areas of the organization, creating transparency and adhering to audit controls.
Work closely with local and international counterparts to share knowledge within a team environment.
Automate existing processes using RPA software.
Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots.
Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand, following RPA configuration best practices.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a University internship program, completing 3rd year in a 4-year program of a computer science or IT related program.
No formal experience required.
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment is critical.
Ability to comprehend and transform existing business processes into automated solutions within short timeframes.
Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Good database management and computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal clients.
Good working knowledge of the principles and philosophies of total quality management and high-performance work systems.
Demonstrates a keen desire to continually learn and grow.
Motivated by successes.
Has a strong sense of loyalty to the organization and its overall success.
Broad understanding of global business environment.
Working knowledge of e-Business processes, applications, and system integration.
Working knowledge of IT concepts and integrated business applications.
