About the Role
Gruppo Terroni is seeking part-time Security Guards to join our team at the Terroni Adelaide location in downtown Toronto. The primary responsibility will be to monitor entrances and the physical restaurant to ensure the safety of guests and employees, while also providing excellent customer service by liaising with guests and management. Shifts are predominantly at night, including weekends and statutory holidays.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances and the physical 3 story, 500 seat restaurant to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience by liaising with our restaurant guests and management team.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Restaurant / hospitality experience an asset
- Well groomed and professional appearance
