About the Role
The Houseperson will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas of the hotel, including rugs, carpets, and storage closets. This role also involves assisting room attendants and performing various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms).
- Clean rugs and carpets.
- Maintain storage closets with linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist in stocking room attendants' carts with supplies.
- Assist with various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Hotel housekeeping experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Great customer service skills
