About the Role

As a System Administrator 1 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit, you will configure and maintain Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM, and other electronic security systems. This role is part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates, and maintains electronic security services for federal, local, and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM, and other electronic security systems.
Manage and execute allocated Technical Operations Center (TOC) tasks, providing routine updates to team leadership and escalating issues as required.
Undertake AI and other initiatives to continually evolve the team and program.
Support daily operations, including monitoring and reviewing system logs.
Stay current with technological developments and recommend new and emerging technologies.
Contribute to technical documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOP) and as-builds.
Perform all duties under direct supervision.
Participate in inter-regional 'Foreign Exchange' visits with sister teams to share knowledge and drive global team cohesion.

Requirements

Requires reliable attendance at customer site during work hours.
Requires the ability to work flexible shifts that include nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
Able to use MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
