About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
