About the Role
As a Car Wash Associate, you will deliver a safe, fast, and friendly experience while creating a welcoming environment for every guest. You will be the face of Spark—greeting customers, driving membership sales, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient site. You will rotate between the Pay Station, Tunnel, and Parking Lot to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and prompt service.
- Explain wash options, membership benefits, and promotional offers to guests.
- Process customer payments accurately and responsibly.
- Ensure team members follow company service, cash handling, and payment policies.
- Respond quickly to customer needs and resolve concerns professionally.
- Safely guide vehicles into the car wash tunnel following all procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures in and around the car wash tunnel.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lot.
- Ensure equipment and tools are clean and report repair issues promptly.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Must maintain availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to see details at close range.
- English proficiency required.
