About the Role
USA Clinics Group is seeking a results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to manage multiple requisitions, actively source candidates, and implement effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices, working onsite at our Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL.
Responsibilities
- Actively source and interview for all assigned requisitions, prioritizing time management.
- Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
- Identify key recruitment sources.
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews efficiently and professionally.
- Review applications and contact qualified candidates.
- Actively source candidates and promote company and job openings.
- Develop engagement strategies to promote caregiver retention and satisfaction.
- Manage up to 15 requisitions simultaneously.
- Maintain recruiting metrics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, required.
- Knowledge of sourcing applicant tracking systems and job boards such as Workable, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc., required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple high-priority projects.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with little supervision.
- Sense of urgency while meeting deadlines.
