About the Role
We are looking for a talented SDE to build best-in-class user experiences for managing and communicating one of the most critical elements of fulfillment operations - staffing assignments. You will partner with product, research scientist, UX and your engineering team to build applications that delight customers and make a real-world impact. As a member of this team, you will get the opportunity to work on highly visible, innovative projects that directly impact the customer experience. You will be involved in all the aspects of the software development cycle, including scoping, design, implementation, testing, and delivery of your product.
Responsibilities

- Participating in system design and improvement discussions
- Maintaining existing codebase and developing new components
- Contributing to deployment and QA processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
