About the Role
Dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations, ensuring shuttles are dispatched in a timely manner to meet service levels between the parking facility and airport. The Parking Spot is the largest near-airport parking company in the United States with over 2,000 team members across 70 locations nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
- Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport
- Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles
- Maintain neat and clean work area
- Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members to ensure the best possible service and efficient operations
- May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
- Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
