About the Role

The Sales Enablement Coordinator provides administrative and sales support to leadership and sales colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of sales initiatives. This role supports the overall sales strategy by understanding team needs and facilitating sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate email campaign distribution, track results, and prepare performance updates.
  • Process and track vendor invoices for timely payment.
  • Monitor applicable budgets and provide regular updates.
  • Partner to plan and deliver in-person and virtual advisor events, educational programs, promotional activities, and internal meetings.
  • Administer the continuing education credit process, including program submission, approval, participant reporting, and certificate delivery.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports using Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI, providing data analysis and insights.
  • Maintain accurate advisor assignments in Salesforce.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for new sales tools and technologies, supporting team adoption.
  • Support leadership with national sales initiatives and special projects.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access, equipment, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and priority-setting skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues independently.
  • Strong verbal communication and business writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and tact when handling sensitive and confidential information.
