About the Role
Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Williamsville, NY market. This role offers a flexible schedule of approximately 25-35 hours per week and a starting pay rate of $17.00-$19.00 per hour. No experience is necessary as paid, hands-on training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Independently travel to and service Big-Box Home Improvement stores.
- Merchandise products and build displays.
- Execute planograms.
- Complete in-store survey audits.
- Support seasonal resets.
- Conduct store audits.
- Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
- Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
- Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders.
- Act as a product expert for store associates and customers.
- Represent Signature Retail Services and client partners professionally.
- Manage schedule to ensure timely completion of visits and projects.
- Communicate promptly regarding attendance, scheduling, or anything affecting a store visit.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Located within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
- Possess a valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel between store locations.
- Possess a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access.
- Physically active role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing.
- Ability to lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
