About the Role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. Our mission is to exude hospitality, be respectful and authentic, prioritize stakeholder needs, and make a positive impact. We are passionate hoteliers eager to add like-minded people to our rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
- Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings
- Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
- Identify items guests have left behind and report them utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Team player
- Ability to exceed guest expectations
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards
Education Level
- High School Diploma/GED
Salary/Compensations
