About the Role
This role is for a Broker in the GB Trade Credit team, part of the Credit Risk Solutions global line of business. The position involves coordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the London Markets for various clients on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with client management, including placement strategy and expanding relationships.
- Collaborate with the account management lead to enable clients to review their existing programmes and present optimal solutions.
- Complete formal client documentation in accordance with compliance procedures.
- Prepare broking documentation, such as confirmation of cover and endorsements.
- Attend industry events and conferences as necessary.
- Develop strong working relationships with key Insurers in the region.
- Support the team in accurate budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
- Contribute to the delivery of new business strategy and targets within the Global Line of Business.
- Complete all filing and relevant recording of activities to expected standards.
Requirements

- Ability to interpret and use data effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to commit to industry qualifications (e.g., CII and/or CICM).

- Excellent written, verbal, oral, and presentation communication skills.
