About the Role
Lead the design and delivery of projects across DTJ's diverse portfolio, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and impactful environments. Guide projects from concept through documentation and implementation, build client relationships, and contribute to business development and firm growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and project delivery.
- Manage project teams, consultants, and project deliverables.
- Develop and coordinate drawing sets, technical documentation, and project presentations.
- Collaborate with architecture, planning, and landscape architecture teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional architectural experience.
- Experience managing projects, consultants, and project documentation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Working knowledge of building construction methods and technical detailing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills
- Strong design and graphic skills.
- Proficiency with Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software preferred.

- $110,000- $130,000 annually
