About the Role
As a Product Manager for Energy Market, you will lead the foundational capabilities that enable Tibber to deliver electricity to customers across four markets. This includes supplier switching, metering data ingestion, market integrations, and delivery lifecycle management. Your impact will be measured by the efficiency of processes, scalability of markets, and the speed of engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the product roadmap and delivery for foundational electricity-delivery capabilities, including market integrations, supplier switching, metering data ingestion, and delivery lifecycle management.
- Drive improvements to conversion and completion rates across onboarding and activation flows, reducing drop-off and failure rates.
- Work closely with the Energy Contract PM to maintain clear boundaries between foundational delivery and commercial contract logic.
- Contribute to building AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual back-office work and improve problem identification and prioritization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PM in a complex, regulated, multi-actor operational domain (e.g., energy, logistics, telecom, payments).
- Ability to independently map actor relationships, information flows, and regulatory constraints.
- Experience using data to identify process breakdowns and drive measurable improvements.
- Comfort working with backend systems and APIs.
- Proactive communication skills to surface blockers, share context, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Motivation and excitement to grow with AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
