About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior SEO Manager to join our performance marketing and eCommerce team. This role requires a proactive problem solver comfortable with taking ownership of projects, blending creativity and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. The position is client-facing, ideal for someone skilled in building relationships and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of SEO projects across European markets, ensuring successful client results.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as the Google Suite, SEMrush, and seoClarity.
- Identify opportunities to develop SEO activity through keyword and market research.
- Create SEO strategies and write SEO-optimized content.
- Perform technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog and OnCrawl.
- Develop written reports and PowerPoint presentations to showcase work and results to clients.
- Act as a daily point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and recommendations.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of SEO and online marketing principles and techniques.
- Proven success in the SEO industry.
- Ability to run and implement fixes on complex technical SEO audits.
- Proven experience as a confident writer.
- Comfortable analyzing data and drawing logical, data-rooted recommendations.
- Experience in managing multiple parallel projects, keeping them on track, and updating clients and team members.
- Enjoyment of working with others and comfort communicating with clients daily.
- Keenness to take ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to progress quickly, take on responsibility, and advance within Iris.
