Responsibilities
- Report statistical information and complete necessary reports to OASAS and agency
- Develop presentations to be used for community education
- Attend community events as needed
- Deliver presentations to community organizations/events regarding warning signs of abuse and overdose
- Implement Model programs in Suffolk County School districts at various grade levels
- Provide in service trainings as requested by agency staff
- Respond to requests for information about substance abuse, gambling and overdose prevention
- Participate in agency trainings and those managed by OASAS
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience in addiction field
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel
