About the Role
Join NatWest Markets as a Transfer Pricing Controller, overseeing day-to-day transfer pricing transactions and processes. You will maintain operational compliance with transfer pricing policies and support the implementation of transfer pricing models.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing transfer pricing activities across NWM, partnering with Finance, Tax, business stakeholders and outsourced providers
- Reviewing and challenging transfer pricing calculations, including intercompany invoicing and settlements
- Driving the consistent application of transfer pricing methodologies across legal entities and regions
- Supporting internal audits, regulatory reviews and stakeholder queries by providing transfer pricing analysis and evidence
- Identifying operational risks, strengthening controls and driving continuous improvement across transfer pricing processes
- Contributing to wider Legal Entity Financial Control activities and strategic initiatives that support business objectives
Requirements
- Experience working in a large multinational financial services environment, legal entity financial control in a financial services environment or a similar finance control environment
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and background
- Proven ability to deliver process improvements and implement change in complex organisations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and enhancing controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions, jurisdictions and global teams
