About the Role
Turning Stone Enterprises is seeking an energetic and outgoing Nightlife Ambassador to enhance the guest experience at Exit 33. This role involves building the fanbase, representing the nightlife scene, and creating memorable moments through in-person and social media engagement.
Responsibilities
- Make flyer drops
- Visit businesses to drive customers to venues
- Upsell tables from incoming calls and on the floor
- Network at property events to bring customers to Exit 33 venues
- Collect customer information from guests at Exit 33
- Update customer database with collected information
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of tables
- Manage the VIP podium, tracking seating, table minimums, and room flow
- Research and solicit new business via telephone, in person, or through promotional events
- Maintain effective communication with established clientele
- Build and cultivate guestlists for Exit 33
Requirements
- Requires availability for all shifts
- Weekends required
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
