- Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items; prices, ingredients, method of preparation and availability.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be able to speak and write in English.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
