About the Role
As our Valet Attendant, you'll be the go-to pro for handling guests' vehicles with precision and care. Your job is to efficiently transport cars to and from their designated parking spots while ensuring safety is paramount. You'll bring a touch of flair to each interaction, making guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Driving guest's vehicles to and from the assigned parking area in an efficient, safe manner.
- Completing appropriate vehicle inspections.
- Accurately filling out the key information tickets for each set of guests’ keys and stores the keys accordingly.
- Accurately observes assigned areas for any unauthorized tampering of guests’ vehicles and immediately reports any incidents to the Supervisor/Manager and/or security.
- Always works cooperatively with Door and Bell staff to ensure a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Prior experience in a guest contact position.
- A valid NYS driver's license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- To be able to stand walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
