Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand problems and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
Deliver end-to-end features from discovery through production across the stack.
Leverage AI-native tooling to accelerate development and maximize impact.
Own zero-to-one initiatives such as dunning workflows or portal re-engineering.
Prioritize work, decide what to build, skip, or sunset initiatives as needed.
Address core energy retail challenges including billing, procurement, retention, and cost optimization.
Shape engineering culture, tooling, and processes, and contribute to team growth.
Adapt quickly to new tools and bring the team along the learning curve.

Requirements

Track record of shipping real end-to-end product work with strong full-stack capabilities.
Comfort owning end-to-end systems and hands-on technical contribution.
Interest or experience in energy retail domains such as billing, procurement, retention, or cost optimization.
Fluent usage of AI-native development tools as force multipliers.
High ownership, strong judgment, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and early-stage environments.
Evidence of technical excellence through shipped projects, competitions, open source, or similar work.
