About the Role
The Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program develops future Finance leaders through structured exposure across multiple functions, hands-on project experience, and mentorship from senior leaders. As a member of a small cohort, you complete four six-month rotations across key Finance disciplines and transition into a permanent Finance role upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy
- Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting
- Written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group
- Collaborated on a team project involving members from different functions or backgrounds
- Experience using AI Tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics
- This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
