About the Role
This 2-year graduate placement program supports the PM team across various asset classes, focusing on fund management, portfolio trade creation, data pipeline management, and data dissemination. It's designed to develop and retain top graduate talent, serving as a pipeline for future leaders.
Responsibilities
- Perform fund/portfolio positioning and performance analysis.
- Handle MAC data requests.
- Address client service and business development data requests.
- Support the Multi-Asset Credit team in portfolio management functions, quantitative research, and analysis.
- Analyze and present portfolio data to aid decision-making, ensuring client mandates (risk, reward, ESG, liquidity) are met.
- Generate portfolio trades using existing systematic infrastructure and analyze transaction costs and PnL impact.
- Assist in portfolio modeling, construction, improvement, and trading of systematic strategies.
- Maintain and develop existing data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Undertake project work to enhance portfolio management decisions and risk-adjusted performance.
- Collaborate with other teams on projects to improve business efficiency through automation.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of working experience.
- Basic Python skills with some experience/knowledge of OOP, with a view to expanding knowledge to production-level code.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience using AI agents.
- Knowledge of credit is a plus.
