About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to the VP of Growth Marketing and the Director, B2B - Growth, Strategy, & Ops, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Growth Marketing leadership team. You will manage complex calendars and inboxes, coordinate leadership meetings, track action items, organize team communications and events, and handle travel and expense approvals. You will act as a trusted partner to help optimize time, streamline processes, and support operational planning. You will also collaborate with the CMO’s EA and cross-functional partners to drive alignment on key projects, milestones, and company events.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the VP of Growth Marketing and the Director, B2B - Growth, Strategy, & Ops and the Growth Marketing team by attending leadership meetings, tracking agendas, capturing action items and following up on progress.
- Manage heavy calendars and inboxes.
- Organize all hands and team-wide communications.
- Book travel.
- Partner with the CMO’s EA.
- Act as the delegate for the VP & Director, signing off expenses, PO approval, and various other tooling as needed with careful attention to internal policy.
- Be a strategic partner to the VP & Director and their leadership team with a focus on team cohesion, operations, and planning.
- Identify areas to optimize VP & Director’s time and make recommendations in regard to time management, prioritization, and business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization throughout team and company processes.
- Prepare and/or build content, presentations and key documents for the VP & Director using Figma tools.
- Partner with the CMO’s EA to organize large-scale planning for monthly and quarterly meetings, in-person leadership and full-team off-sites, including working with external venues and internal stakeholders.
- Cross functional partnership with Marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment on projects, company milestones, and internal events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant support role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Proficient communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the strictest confidentiality.
- Skilled at shifting gears and prioritizing based on inbound requests & workload volume.
- Ability to be in our SF office, 2 days a week; flexible to travel at least once a quarter.
- Must keep cameras on during video interviews.
- Required to attend in person onboarding if hired.
