About the Role

As Founder's Associate, Data & AI, you will work within sunday's CEO Office, alongside the CEO, Chief of Staff and senior leadership team. You will be responsible for identifying business problems, building data stories, designing AI-powered solutions, and scaling them. This role shapes the company's AI strategy and drives the transition to an AI-native organization.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards on Metabase or Salesforce, pull data, and run ad-hoc analyses.
Scout the competitive landscape and identify AI-native processes to implement.
Educate CEOs on AI and data, making complex topics clear and actionable.
Connect data to business problems across adoption, sales velocity, and operational efficiency.
Build end-to-end solutions from scratch, test them, and scale them.
Test ideas quickly, learn from failures, and drive progress.

Requirements

Graduated from a top-tier university with strong academic results.
1 to 3 years of experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment (consulting, startup, banking, financial services).
Strong command of SQL, Python, Looker, Metabase, and ideally Salesforce.
Comfortable with AI coding tools like Cursor to build solutions end-to-end.
Genuine interest in AI and its practical applications in business.
Ability to seek granular insights and dive deeper into data.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an instinct to fix problems.
Relentless bias for action, ability to follow through and get things done.
Ability to push through resistance and bring AI thinking to skeptical individuals.
Exposure to the hospitality or restaurant tech industry (nice-to-have).
Interest in competitive intelligence or product strategy (nice-to-have).
Experience building automations, internal tools, or AI-powered workflows (nice-to-have).
