About the Role

This role serves as the senior point of presence for corporate investors, managing their end-to-end experience, acting as the escalation point for complex situations, and leading client-service dimensions of corporate projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for corporate investors, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team while building strong adviser relationships.
  • Present at board meetings as Triple Point’s client-facing authority.
  • Own the end-to-end investor journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement to exit or succession.
  • Lead on complex, sensitive, or high-stakes matters involving corporate investors.
  • Support DDQs and technical queries from corporate clients and their advisers.
  • Lead the client-service dimension of complex projects such as liquidations, deceased shareholder estates, mergers, and company restructures.
  • Manage corporate investor-facing elements of verification, AML refresh, and Companies House-related requirements.
  • Lead the corporate pillar’s contribution to data quality and CRM projects, ensuring accurate data migration.
  • Provide client service leadership on new products with a corporate investor structure.
  • Line manage Client Service Executives and Analysts within the Corporate pillar.
  • Own the performance and capability of the corporate team, setting standards and identifying gaps.
  • Model the professional standard expected at corporate investor level.
  • Contribute to cross-pillar people development.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales on corporate investor onboarding and adviser-escalated matters.
  • Partner with Operations on transaction processing, case management workflow, and system-level execution.
  • Actively manage the quality interface with Company Secretarial for statutory and administrative execution.
  • Act as the primary legal partner for estate, probate, liquidation, and structural change scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Compliance on verification, AML, and Consumer Duty-related matters.
  • Review investor communications before issue with the Reporting function, flagging potential issues and ensuring team briefing.
  • Own the Corporate pillar’s SOPs and service standards, ensuring documentation, adherence, and review.
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality for the corporate pillar.
  • Monitor case management performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and escalate risks that could affect the investor experience, firm reputation, or regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Significant client-facing experience at a senior level, ideally within a structured investment, estate planning, or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage complex, sensitive client situations including bereavement, legal process, and corporate restructure with composure and sound judgement.
  • Working knowledge of corporate structures, shareholding, company lifecycle, and basic company law literacy.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships assertively with CoSec, Legal, Sales, and Operations.
